Home is not a place, it’s a people.
Your support helps youth remember that hope isn’t lost.

Who we are

The name LOT2545 comes from Matthew 25:45. It says, “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’” (NIV translation) LOT is an abbreviation for least of these and 2545 is from the chapter and verse in Matthew.

Our mission is to provide true justice and compassion for the least of these in Uganda by providing opportunities to heal and pave their own way for a better future.

We hope for a Uganda where every child is loved and valued by his family in a self-sustaining household.

You can be a part of the solution

We focus on getting kids back with their families.
We also work with a wonderful group of ladies, providing fair wages for their handmade creative works.

Kwagala Jewelry Club

We empower single moms and widows with fair wages for their work. When a single mom can care for her children, they have no reason to run to the street.

Resettlement

It is possible that a boy simply got lost from his family & ended up on the streets. We help reconnect them to their families & support them even when they are settled.

Independent Living

Our Independent Living program gets the oldest boys off the streets and into their own homes while providing them with jobs.
