We have the great privilege at LOT2545 to work with an amazing group of Ugandan women. In an effort to better support them and help them gain financial independence, we are introducing our new jewelry club. All proceeds from the jewelry club will be invested back into the women to provide them with a consistent monthly income that will allow them to provide for their children and eventually move out of the slums. In addition, we will provide them with business training skills and help them to put together a successful business plan so they can become self-sustaining.
The NEW Jewelry Club will have 3 levels:
If you sign up for the Silver level, you will commit to giving $10 a month. To show our appreciation, you will get a newly designed small piece of jewelry (bracelet, headband, coin purse or earrings). We promise to never send the exact same piece of jewelry. So each month you can have a stunning, new piece of jewelry that was handmade with love by the women
Gold membership will mean that you are promising to give $20 a month. In return, not only will you get the satisfaction of knowing you have helped provide a fair wage and appropriate training for a woman helping to lift her out of poverty, we will also send you a large piece of jewelry (necklace). Again, each month you will have a new design delivered right to your door. We will never repeat the same design in a year.
If you want to be Platinum, you will be committing to sending $30 a month. As a thank you, we will send you 2 identical pieces of jewelry, so you can keep one and give one to a friend. You will be providing a fair income and essential training for a woman, which will help her lift herself out of poverty and afford her children with a world of opportunities, while being a part of sharing our story with your friends.
